Develop and maintain good relationships with all clients
respond quickly to all client enquiries and provide appropriate advice
Assist the client and claims team as appropriate with any questions
Ensure that all systems are kept accurate and up to date
Ensure that all renewals are carried out on a timely basis
Provide the broking manager with any assistance
Provide training to other members of staff where appropriate
