An opportunity for an experienced commercial broker to manage a client book effectively by offering a high standard of service to new an existing clients.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with all clients
- respond quickly to all client enquiries and provide appropriate advice
- Assist the client and claims team as appropriate with any questions
- Ensure that all systems are kept accurate and up to date
- Ensure that all renewals are carried out on a timely basis
- Provide the broking manager with any assistance
- Provide training to other members of staff where appropriate
