Contracts Manager

Your new companyYou will be working for a Lancashire-based contractor who specialise in local authority projects on a new build and refurbishment basis, with projects up to £8m in value. They are a family run business who believe in working in partnership with their clients to deliver quality time after time.Your new roleAs Contracts Manager you will be responsible for overseeing 3-4 projects at any one time, with a combined value of up to £10m.
