Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager within the HVAC, Mechanical, and Plumbing sectors. The client is seeking a proactive, strategic, and self-motivated individual with strong leadership skills to manage all aspects of project delivery. The successful candidate will ensure that all activities, projects, and documentation meet the highest standards of quality and service.
This is a versatile and evolving role that requires exceptional organisational abilities, the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, and the capability to perform under pressure. Acting as a subject matter expert, the Project Manager will foster collaboration and drive performance across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain management system processes, ensuring compliance with QHSE policies and procedures.
Oversee adherence to CDM regulations and ensure the completion and submission of Construction Phase Health & Safety plans.
Manage project scheduling to maintain service quality and effective client communication.
Report on project performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal management systems and policies.
Brief engineers and subcontractors on work tasks and processes, preparing for commercial surveys and installations.
Coordinate tasks with contractors, workers, and other stakeholders.
Accurately complete all required project documentation.
Undertake additional duties as needed to support project delivery.

Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
Full UK driving licence with no DR codes.
Basic DBS check (required).
