Contracts Manager

Our client, a growing cladding and roofing contractor, based in Preston, are actively seeking a Contracts Manager or an experienced supervisor who may be looking for the next step in their career. This is an exciting opportunity to join a family run business who are continuously growing with a healthy pipeline of projects.

In this position you will have the opportunity to work on a range of commercial, retail and industrial projects including complex, bespoke projects throughout the UK, predominately in the North West Region. If you have experience in Contracts Management or Supervisory roles within Roofing, Cladding, Facades, or Rainscreen systems and are seeking to advance your career with a progressive and highly reputable contractor, this role may be an ideal opportunity for you.

• Starting salary 35,000 - 50,000 (dependant on experience)

• Oversee all aspects of contracts management.
• Manage pre-construction and post-construction activities.
• Coordinate site installations and procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Handle communication with the end client.
• Ensure all work scope is delivered in accordance with contractual expectations.

• Management experience
• Roofing and cladding installation experience
• SSSTS / SMSTS
• CSCS
• Full UK Driver's License
• Construction related qualification is desired
• Understanding if setting out and scheduling
• Good technical knowledge
