The Role
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple refurbishment, fit out and new build projects up to 6m ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will play a crucial role in managing contractual obligations, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and driving project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple construction contracts from pre-construction to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Lead and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and procurement processes.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
- Provide regular reports and updates on project performance and financials.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
