The Role:
As a Conveyancer, you will manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. Youll work closely with our clients to ensure a smooth and efficient conveyancing process, providing expert legal advice and support. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
- Handling sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgage files independently
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and title deeds
- Conducting property searches and providing advice on results
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry regulations
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and UK property law
- Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Proficiency in case management systems and legal software
