Credit Controller | £25,000 - £27,000 + Bonus | Preston + Hybrid | Great team and culture | Exceptional management teamAxon Moore are partnering a rapidly-growing business in Preston to recruit an experienced Credit Controller for a newly created, standalone role, offering complete ownership of their ledger and the chance to add value, implement new processes, and work independently within a team structure. Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Proactively chasing overdue debt
Cash allocation
Ensure credit limits and payment terms correct
Building rapport with key customers
Month end queries
Regular review of credit limits
Escalations to legal
Resolving customer queries and payment discrepancies
Credit applications for new accounts
AR reporting
Ad-hoc tasks

Required Experience and Skills:

At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organisational and time-keeping skills
High attention to detail and able to take ownership of their role
Good systems knowledge and MS Excel skills
