We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a distribution business based in Preston South Ribble.
Offering hybrid working you’ll be based in the office 3 days a week and have 2 days working from home.
On a daily basis you will be responsible for…
- Dealing with incoming customer orders and providing quotations
- Entering orders onto the system
- Processing sales and purchase orders
- Providing updates to your customers on the progress of their deliveries
- Dealing with any issues such as delays to delivery dates
- Process invoices for delivered orders
Salary, Hours, Benefits & Location
- Basic salary
- Company bonus scheme based on performance with potential to earn up to an additional 12% of your annual salary
- Hybrid working – 2 days working from home
- Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
- 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Free on site parking
