We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our clients team in Walton Summit, Preston on a 12 week temp-perm basis.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for the following:
- Addressing customer inquiries.
- Resolving issue and ensuring a positive experience.
- General admin duties.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to analyse customer needs effectively.

Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service/call centre role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Pay is £12.50 paid weekly.
Hours are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00 & the occasional Saturday 08:00 - 12:00.
