We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our clients team in Walton Summit, Preston on a 12 week temp-perm basis.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for the following:

  • Addressing customer inquiries.
  • Resolving issue and ensuring a positive experience.
  • General admin duties.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to analyse customer needs effectively.

What you need to have:

  • Willingness to learn.
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic.
  • Excellent telephone manner with previous experience essential.
  • Work well under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Be able to work as part of a team.
  • Good time keeping and good attendance levels.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service/call centre role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Pay is £12.50 paid weekly.

Hours are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00 & the occasional Saturday 08:00 - 12:00.
