Our Client, a well-established online retailer, now has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team . This role will offer great career progression for the successful candidate.
In this role you will be:
- Answering incoming calls
- Answering sales and aftersales enquiries
- Putting b2b orders on the system
- Liaising with Agents
- Booking shipments
- Answering live chats
- Arranging and hosting showroom visits.
- Ability to prioritise workload based on importance
- Managing dealer accounts
Requirements :
- Microsoft office competency
- Confident answering the Phone is essential
- Driving license
- Back office software experience
- High attention to detail
- Good organization skills
- Ability to work alone
- Great problem solving initiati
- Willingness to attend trade shows with the team, outside of normal working hours.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment efficiently
