Acorn by Synergie isrecruiting for Customer Service Advisors on a temp to perm basis for our client located in Fulwood, Preston.

Monday to Friday with a choice of hours, 8am to 5pm or 8.30am to 5.30pm or 9am to 6pm.

Once fully trained there is also the requirement to work 9am to 1pm on a Saturday morning every 8 weeks, this shift is paid at an overtime rate.

The rate of pay starts at 11.44 per hour

The initial four week training period is all office based but once this has been successfully completed the company do offer hybrid working.

The main duties of the position will include:

* To manage the claims and carry out necessary requirements to ensure the claims progress quickly and efficiently and within our client SLA's

* Dealing with complex claims and technical issues to allow them to move forward

* Liaising with client, loss adjusters and policy holder

* Assist with complaint resolution

* Own claim from cradle to grave

* To ensure invoice for all work is completed within claims life span set out by clients and accurately records all costs

* Ability to use IT platforms

* Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills

* Good attention to detail

* Methodical and thorough approach to work

* Ability to be a team player yet can use their own initiative
