OTC Master Data AnalystRemote based role, North West£40,000 - £45,000

Our client is a thriving global business going through an exciting finance transformation project.

Working in conjunction with the OTC Global Product Owner, you will ensure the business has high-quality master data, managed through rigorous data cleansing, validation and reporting practices.

You will work closely with the Shared Services Centres and other cross-functional teams to support effective and compliant data-driven operations across the organisation.

What will the role involve?

  • Master Data Integrity & Maintenance, ensuring customer master data is clean, accurate, and consistently maintained
  • Process Simplification and Innovation, proposing and implementing ways to simplify and automate innovative initiatives within the OTC process
  • Data Quality Improvement, identifying opportunities for process re-engineering and continuous improvement to enhance data quality and accuracy across customer master data
  • Training & Knowledge Sharing, developing and delivering training sessions to ensure stakeholders in the understand processes/systems for customer master data management
  • Leverage Robotic Process Automation and related technologies to drive efficiencies and accuracy in customer master data management.
  • Act as a change agent within the company, promoting best practices and continuous improvement in data management
  • Report Management and Development, running finance related management data reports to support all OTC projects in line with company strategy
  • Monitor and develop KPIs for AR and customer reporting and analysis, working closely with business areas to ensure ongoing alignment and improvements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in OTC and SAP, providing insights and guidance to ensure effective data management

You will ideally have...

  • Technical knowledge and capability in OTC master data management
  • Strong proficiency in SAP and strong knowledge of SAP Data management
  • Good working knowledge of analytics tools such as Power BI and/or SAP Analytics
  • Advanced Excel skills with a keen interest in analytics and master data quality improvement
  • Continuous Improvement Mindset, with the ability to research and adopt emerging technologies, challenging current ways of working, and drive process efficiencies
