As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and achieve business objectives. Your role will involve overseeing all marketing activities and leading a team of marketing professionals.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives and target audience. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and differentiation in the competitive landscape.
Brand Development and Positioning: Define and articulate the brand’s identity, messaging, and value proposition to resonate with our target market. Develop brand guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Digital Marketing and Online Presence Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, PPC, SEO, and content marketing. Optimise website performance and user experience to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract qualified prospects to our programs and offerings. Optimise conversion funnels and customer journeys to maximise lead conversion rates and customer acquisition.
Content Strategy and Creation: Develop a content strategy aligned with target audience needs and preferences, leveraging various formats such as blog posts, videos, webinars, and case studies. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create high-quality, engaging content that educates, inspires, and drives action.
Marketing Analytics and Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Use data and analytics to optimise marketing campaigns, improve ROI, and drive continuous improvement. To be successful in this role you will need:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Digital marketing: 5 years (preferred)Marketing: 5 years (preferred)Proven experience in marketing and communications leadership roles.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.This position offers Hybrid/Home-based workingSalary range £50,000 - £60,000 per annumIf you are interested in this position, please apply now.
