We are pleased to bring to market this new vacancy for a Multi-Brand Head of Marketing. Our client is constantly at the cutting edge of the latest developments in the insurance, health and social care, and legal sectors.

As the Multi-Brand Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness across multiple brands and achieve business objectives. Your role will involve overseeing all marketing activities and leading a team of marketing professionals.

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives and target audience. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and differentiation in the competitive landscape.

Brand Development and Positioning: Define and articulate the brand’s identity, messaging, and value proposition to resonate with our target market. Develop brand guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Digital Marketing and Online Presence Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, PPC, SEO, and content marketing. Optimise website performance and user experience to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract qualified prospects to our programs and offerings. Optimise conversion funnels and customer journeys to maximise lead conversion rates and customer acquisition.

Content Strategy and Creation: Develop a content strategy aligned with target audience needs and preferences, leveraging various formats such as blog posts, videos, webinars, and case studies. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create high-quality, engaging content that educates, inspires, and drives action.

Marketing Analytics and Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Use data and analytics to optimise marketing campaigns, improve ROI, and drive continuous improvement.
