The key purpose of the Education Compliance Specialist role within Reed is to support the performance of the branches through taking responsibility for non-sales and compliance related activity in order to deliver exceptional levels of service to clients and candidates.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Demonstrating the necessary understanding of the recruitment processes and time scales to successfully support the branch
- Delivering a world-class service that exceeds the expectations of our candidates and subsequently our clients
- Arranging candidate registration interviews and preparing candidates appropriately prior to attendance
- Accurate and timely recording of all candidate compliance information
- Ensuring branch adherence to candidate data compliance
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment and/or compliance is highly advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Proactive and driven, with a commitment to achieving targets.
- Ethical approach to recruitment with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
