This role offers the chance to lead and manage risk and compliance processes for a prominent firm, ensuring regulatory adherence and supporting the Head of Risk and Compliance in embedding best practices across the region.
£60,000 - £70,000
Location: Any of the UK offices - Hybrid working arrangement details to be confirmed.

**The Role**
The Risk & Compliance Manager will be a key part of the management infrastructure, liaising with senior personnel and building strong working relationships. This role involves leading the Risk and Compliance service, implementing frameworks, and managing personnel. **Key Responsibilities of the Risk & Compliance Manager:**
- Implement and maintain GRP Risk Management Policy and Framework
- Ensure compliance with GRP Conduct Risk Framework
- Complete Board and Executive reporting on Risk and Compliance matters
- Manage approval processes for new producers and insurer relationships
- Oversee Complaints and Breach Management processes
**Required knowledge and experience for the Risk & Compliance Manager role:**
- Extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance in the insurance sector
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in implementing risk management frameworks
- Ability to liaise effectively with senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in compliance monitoring and reporting
