**Job Opportunity: 1:1 Teaching Assistant - Year 6 (Afternoons)**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 6 pupil in Preston. This role involves working closely with the student in the afternoons, helping them thrive academically and emotionally as they prepare for secondary school.

### Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 support to a Year 6 pupil in the afternoons, tailoring activities to their individual needs- Work with teachers to implement personalized strategies and manage classroom transitions- Encourage positive behavior, engagement, and confidence in learning
### Ideal Candidate:- Previous experience in a 1:1 or SEN support role is preferred- Strong communication skills, patience, and adaptability- Ability to work collaboratively with the Year 6 team
