Are you a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant with a Level 3 qualification? We are seeking a committed individual to join our friendly and supportive team in Penwortham. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the early development of young learners.
Role & Responsibilities:- Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
- Assist with planning and implementing EYFS curriculum.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Work with small groups and individual children to support their learning and development.
- Observe, monitor, and record children's progress.
- Encourage positive behaviour and social interactions.
- Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and carers.
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Education or equivalent.
- Experience working within an EYFS setting.
- A strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
