Psych Grad TA - Preston:

Prospero Teaching are looking for a recent psychology graduate who is looking to pursue a career in education to join one of our schools near Preston. You will be supporting children with complex needs.

You will be working closely with the class teachers to monitor progress.

Position Details:

  • Location: Preston
  • Position: Psych Grad TA
  • Hours: 9am-3pm, Mon-Fri
  • Type of Work: Temporary
  • Full time/part time: Full time only
  • Minimum Rate of Pay: £85 per day, depending on experience
  • Start date: Jan 2025
  • End date: Ongoing

Experience, Training & Qualifications:

  • Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
  • Psychology degree is essential
  • Any personal or professional experience supporting children with complex needs

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional references
