Teaching Assistant ASC - Preston:
Prospero Teaching are looking for an experienced and Level 2 qualified Teaching Assistant to work with a pupil on a 1-1 basis. This will be at a primary school near Preston. This is a full time position and will be encouraging engagement with the curriculum.
You will need a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification and previous experience supporting pupils 1-1.
Contract Details:
- Location Preston
- Position: 1-1 TA
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration / Likely Duration: Ongoing
- Hours 8:15am - 3:15pm
- The minimum rate of pay: £100 per day, depending on experience
- Type of work: Temporary
- Full time/part time: Full time only
Experience, Training & Qualifications:
- Previous experience supporting children with Autism is essential
- Team Teach qualification would be highly desirable
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification is essential
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide professional references to cover the past 2 years
- Committed to meeting our rigorous compliance requirements
