Excellent opportunity to join a growing provider of care homes for older people in a brand new position of Regional Clinical Lead providing, supporting on all clinical standards across the nursing and residential care homes in the region.

The group are seeking to appoint to a newly created position that will provide support on all clinical matters, inspection and audit at Deputy Manager level.
Responsibilities
- Clinical audit support including care plans and medication audits and report
- Provide support to both Home Managers and Deputy Manager
- Work closely with Deputy Manager's to ensure high standard of care is delivered across homes
- Liaising with external regulators
- Clinical Supervisions
- Support on any company incidents and investigations
Requirements
- Nurse qualified with a current NMC PIN
- Experienced in working in a care home setting in a senior position i.e. clinical care manager, Deputy Manager
- Sound working knowledge of legislation within health and social care and understanding of
- Experienced in meeting regulatory requirements
- Car driver and happy to undertake travel across Lancashire
