We are working on behalf of our client who workwithin the Social Housing sector and are looking for an Electrician to add to their growing team.

Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled and motivated JIB Graded Electrician, holding 2391/2392 certifications, to join the team. This role involves working on a variety of projects, including void properties and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical repairs, and maintenance in social housing settings.
  • Work on void properties to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify electrical issues.
  • Collaborate with other trades to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

  • JIB graded electrician with 2391/2392 certifications.
  • Proven experience in electrical work, particularly within social housing.
  • Valid UK driving license and ability to drive to various sites.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Able to use a PDA
