Key Responsibilities

  • Support site teams with managing Mechanical & Electrical packages
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety and industry regulations
  • Implement sustainable and energy-efficient solutions
  • Assist in appointment of the Mechanical and Electrical subcontractors
  • Co-ordinate between all associated services including Utilities, Sprinklers, M & E installation, PV

Requirements

  • Strong M & E project management experience in construction
  • In-depth knowledge of MEP systems
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving & stakeholder management skills
