The RoleWorking closely with the investor and the Board the role will challenge and help develop strategy, participating actively in the decision-making process and scrutinising the performance of management in meeting agreed goals and objectives. You will advise on board and executive level remuneration assessing performance, creating and contributing to the implementation of the compensation and benefits processes.The PersonWe are looking for talented HR individuals who bring relevant experience in compensation, benefits and remuneration with proven experience operating at Board. Experience within the Real Estate/Built Environment sector is essential. With a track record of working in high growth property businesses you will bring significant experience defining and implementing compensation and benefits schemes at Board level.
