Job Description

As a PM professional you will be responsible for ensuring that the governance rules, procedures and policies are understood, in place and overseen as they will drive the decisions made during the project and the role holder will be expected to undertake the below core Duties.

Core Duties

• Assist with project reporting and scheduling.
• Query resolution of basic and routine problems.
• Develop a knowledge of Business processes and procedures.
• Administration and general office skills including spreadsheets/ Microsoft packages/Microsoft project plans
• Attend on the job training as appropriate.
• Be responsible for the maintenance of records including preparing, updating and filling documentation
• Alignment to i35 & S&S ways of working
• SHE & Security
• 3rd party on boarding
• Reporting

The successful candidate will be required to perform tasks suitable to the internal level of this role. The role will contain, but will not be limited to, the following: Core Duties

Essential / Desirable skills

Administration and general office skills including spreadsheets/ Microsoft packages/Microsoft project plans/Outlook Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
Good organization skills and attention to detail and a passion for project management. Experience either understanding or working with ERP systems (Desirable not essential) Experieince in Risk, Assurance or governance Environment
