THE COMPANY

THE ROLE

Due to continued growth, and the development of the team they are now looking for an experienced Live Events Project Manager to be the operational lead for all onsite event delivery services, taking responsibility for specification and delivery of event solutions.

Duties include:

  • Responsible for the technical delivery of major production event solutions.
  • Management and delivery of complex LED and production solutions for key events.
  • Producing all necessary documentation for events
  • Supplier management
  • Develop the technical specification of all Live production event solutions, including LED, Video. 
  • Provide escalated technical support to the wider team of sales, ops and technical teams
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team of full-time staff, sub-contractors and third parties as required onsite.
  • Deliver ongoing technical innovation into the team
  • Support and maintain long term customer and client strategic relationships

THE CANDIDATE 

Candidates should have previous experience and responsibility for technically delivering live events, and production. You will have ideally had experience working with designing modular LED solutions and leading teams to deliver technical event production. Extensive international travel will be required at peak times during the year.
