Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for team members regarding day-to-day tasks and deadlines.
  • Training and supporting new employees, identifying development needs, and reporting to the Operations Manager.
  • Preparing documentation for client meetings, including regulatory forms and provider literature.
  • Communicating with clients and advisers to update on task progress and resolve queries.
  • Managing case submissions, compliance monitoring, and pipeline tracking.
  • Preparing files for Paraplanning, ensuring all necessary information is readily available.

  • Experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
