As a Trainee Secured Loan Adviser, you will:

Conduct high-quality outbound sales calls to customers.
Provide regulated advice focusing on appropriate outcomes.
Meet KPI's within a regulatory framework.
Make referrals to preferred partners when necessary.
Manage high volumes of work in a busy, fast-paced environment.

The ideal Secured Loan Adviser will have:

GCSE Maths and English grade C or above.
Proven experience of working successfully to sales targets.
Current or recent experience in an outbound call environment.
Self-motivated upbeat personality.
Ability to handle objections.
Proven exemplary work ethic.
