Description
- Oversee, direct, and coordinate financial activities of the organisation.
- Monitor and enforce internal control systems to protect company assets.
- Guide financial decisions by applying company policies and procedures to current economic landscape.
- Develop, coordinate, and execute financial plans for the organisation.
- Make recommendations to strategic planning and reviews in the financial sector.
- Conduct performance analysis and reporting of financial information.
- Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain professional knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.
Profile
A successful Interim Finance Business Partner should have:
- Qualifications in finance or a related field.
- Experience in team leadership within the public sector, particularly in the health care industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions based on data.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
