Finance Director | 12 Month FTC | c.£110,000 | West Lancashire | Candidates must have large industry experience | ACA qualification preferred | Start date in SeptemberAxon Moore have partnered with a true market leader in West Lancashire to recruit a Finance Director on a fixed term basis. This large corporate client is a well-established brand known for excellence and innovation, they are consistently evolving and making way for new change that keeps them at the forefront of the industry.They’re a large Lancashire employer with a rich heritage and history in the local area. They’re an investor in people and have a strong work force with a low turnover in staff. With this in mind, this initial 12 month FTC is geared towards a candidate looking to make a positive difference in their next assignment, this is not a routine steady position. This candidate will report to an international CFO and will add value by bringing leadership to a large finance team and bring a fresh perspective to the structure and strategic objectives as a team.  The CFO is looking for a strong technical candidate (open on qualification whether ACA, ACCA, CIMA) but candidates must have demonstrable experience leading a significantly large enough team within a large corporate business.  The FD will continue to improve the finance function as well as improving the quality of the relationships between finance and the wider business. The FD will be granted full autonomy and permission to assess the function and drive change over the course of the 12 month+ period with the aim of adding as much value as possible within this period.
