Finance Director | £80,000 - £90,000 | Preston | Established and Highly Successful SME | Professional Services IndustryAxon Moore has partnered with a new Preston-based client within professional services. They're a well established and highly successful business that will be a privilege to work for long term.This business is very profitable and it's senior management team are all very experienced and highly respected within their industry. As the new FD, you will take on responsibility for the day-to-day financial running of the business both internally and externally, allowing the SMT to step away and have a greater focus on the commercial running of the business.These are the role requirements:- A fully qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA) - Preferably with experience of working within a professional services environment- Experience of working across a group of businesses - Experience of working closely with different shareholders / business owners- Strong leadership experience as an FD or a candidate looking for their first FD opportunityThey're looking for an individual who can hit the ground running with a high degree of autonomy and bring a new level of leadership needed for their next season.
