A high acquisitive privately owned business operating in the care sector are looking to appoint a Finance Director due to continued growth.

Reporting into the Managing Director you will lead the Group's finance function, managing financial strategy, planning, and compliance, all while supporting the group's mission and values. The role is a great blend of strategic and operational finance. Key focuses will include:

  • Shape and execute the financial strategy in alignment with the company's growth objectives, working closely with the leadership team
  • Oversee budgeting and forecasting, ensuring alignment with growth targets
  • Analyse performance and industry trends, to support strategic planning and investment decisions
  • Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration of new acquisitions
  • Source funding to purchase additional acquisitions and internal developments and projects
  • Full responsibility for production of full Management Accounts pack
  • Liaising with Operations to ensure variances are analysed and understood
  • Lead on regular strategic Financial review meetings
  • Production and development of industry relevant KPI's
  • Preparation of individual and consolidated Cashflow projections
