We are currently partnering with a Housing Association based in Lancashire, who are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a full-time position with a salary banding of £60,000-£70,000 (subject to experience) and the start date is subject to notice.The role offers hybrid working, the successful candidate will be required in the office 2-3 days per week.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Creating a budget and reviewing monthly performance including updating forecasts
  • Reviewing and preparing balance sheet reconciliations and updating schedules/month end reporting information
  • Managing and supporting the Management Accountant, Rent Accountant and Assistant Accountant, including monthly 1-2-1s and supporting continuous professional development
  • Reviewing the reporting process and implementing and changes
  • Liaising with senior management to provide regular updates regarding financial position

Experience required:

  • Management experience
  • Rent & Service Charge experience
  • Social Housing experience

  • 37 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
