Paying circa £55K, this charity is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team, managing and mentoring a small team.  Lancashire-based, the organisation works in a hybrid office/home style. THE ROLE

As a Finance Manager, you will be essential in managing the day-to-day operations of a group of charities with a combined turnover of c£30M.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records
  • Preparing management accounts
  • Contributing to consolidated accounts
  • Managing the financial aspects of service contracts
  • Assisting with audits and budget preparations
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to the Business Development team

THE CANDIDATE

  • Proven experience including preparing management accounts, budgeting and forecasting
  • A Qualified accountant or working towards completing studies
  • Ability to collaborate with various service providers and stakeholders.
  • Time Management, proficient in prioritising tasks and working to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
