A fantastic client is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join their team, reporting to the Head of Finance for an international Group of Companies.
Candidates should have experience in a larger, complex business, preferably one that operates across multiple sites.
The position requires a Qualified professional (ACCA / ACA / CIMA) with a hands-on and flexible approach.
The annual salary for this role is approximately £65,000, with additional benefits including a performance-based bonus, hybrid working options, and 25 days of holiday.
Candidates should have significant experience, ideally in managing teams and preparing financial statements, with a focus on continuous improvement in financial processes.

We are working with a fantastic client who wants a Senior Finance Manager to join their team. They will be reporting to the Head of Finance for this international Group of Companies. Additionally, we feel that you need to have experience of a larger and complex business - one that operates across multiple sites would be an advantage.

To be suited to the Senior Finance Manager role you will be Qualified - ACCA / ACA / CIMA and have a hands-on and flexible approach to the role.

THE ROLE OF THE FINANCE MANAGER;

Daily manage and support a team of Part Qualified and Qualified Accountants - AAT / ACCA / CIMA / ACA

Prepare and review Year End Statutory Accounts
End to end involvement with Audit - via your Team
Review of Monthly Accounts from Trial Balance to Financial Statements
Continuous improvement across Financial and Management Accounting processes
Review of Monthly / Quarterly and Annual Reporting
Ad hoc Projects
