Finance Manager | Transport/Logistics | Lancashire/Hybrid | £45,000 - £55,000 + package (temp or perm)
Our client in the Transport/Logistics industry is looking for a Finance Manager to manage and oversee financial operations.
You will take ownership of financial obligations, while coordinating with other teams and managers for day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly management accounts
- Annual statutory accounts & tax returns
- Manage 3 direct reports
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Assist the preparation of budgets & forecasts
- Assist with end of year audit
- Monthly cost analysis
- VAT returns
- Ad hoc tasks
Required Experience:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Must have experience working in Transport/Logistics industry
- Strong interpersonal, Excel and analytical skills
- Experience working with external auditors and the ability to meet deadlines
