Finance Manager

The Finance Manager RoleAs a Finance Manager, you will take a central role in the commercial finance function, leading the management accounts process and guiding the development of junior team members. This is a diverse and stimulating role, offering significant opportunities for career progression and skill enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members within management accounts, to process journals and assist the month end processes

Manage the month-end close process, including the preparation of management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and critical financial reports.

Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards by documenting processes and controls, maintaining precise accounting records.

Generate insightful management information to aid decision-making and strategic initiatives.

Work closely with other departments to promote best practices and contribute to key projects

Qualified Accountant: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.

Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Salary: £47,500 - £50,000 per annum.
