Reporting into the Senior Financial Reporting Manager, this role will be responsible for the detailed review of submissions from different business units under Financial Regulations defined by the Group.

Client Details

My well established client who operate in an exciting leisure sector are looking to recruit a Financial Reporting Manager due to an internal promotion. This is a role where you will get a lot of exposure and opportunity to add real value in your role.

Description

  • Ownership of the group financial consolidation and monthly management accounts production including Board reports, identifying and implementing improvements where required
  • Ownership of routine and ad hoc reporting with the ability to refresh and develop reporting to ensure it remains insightful and fit for purpose
  • Assist in co-ordination of subsidiary statutory financial statements, supporting the wider finance team to ensure compliance with the standardised template
  • The preparation of financial data analysis and benchmarking reports for the Executive Leadership Team
  • Assisting with the detailed financial review of the business unit including the appraisal of proposed business plans.

Profile

  • ACA or ACCA qualified ideally with audit exposure
  • Experiene with reviewing financial statements and detailed financial forecasts
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills - as well as being able to communicate with non-finance members of staff
