The Role:We’re seeking a proactive and experienced FP&A Manager to join the dynamic  team. This is a unique opportunity to influence and drive process strategy across our UK and international finance operations.In this pivotal role, you’ll:
  • Shape and contribute to the FP&A Process Strategy, defining Objectives, Risks, Controls, and Design Principles.
  • Gather requirements from Process Owners, crafting a robust future state process that incorporates process steps, risk and control measures, technology, reporting, data governance, and service delivery.
  • Communicate and refine this future state design, collaborating closely with Process Owners to address key business needs.
  • Facilitate the implementation of these designs by providing expert guidance, advising on major programmes, and resolving any process challenges that arise.
  • Identify process deficiencies and develop business cases for improvement initiatives.
Deliver essential materials and inputs for the Global Process Lead and Process Design Authority, offering clear recommendations and insightsWhat You’ll Need:Essential:
  • Proven expertise in optimising finance processes and understanding their impact on data, technology, service delivery, governance, and reporting.
  • Solid experience with FP&A processes such as Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and forecasting, with the capability to manage organisational change within finance.
  • A professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data for strategic decision-making.
  • Experience within large, complex organisations with similar operational scale and scope.
Desirable:
  • Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, with a focus on driving efficiency and process enhancement.
