- Shape and contribute to the FP&A Process Strategy, defining Objectives, Risks, Controls, and Design Principles.
- Gather requirements from Process Owners, crafting a robust future state process that incorporates process steps, risk and control measures, technology, reporting, data governance, and service delivery.
- Communicate and refine this future state design, collaborating closely with Process Owners to address key business needs.
- Facilitate the implementation of these designs by providing expert guidance, advising on major programmes, and resolving any process challenges that arise.
- Identify process deficiencies and develop business cases for improvement initiatives.
- Proven expertise in optimising finance processes and understanding their impact on data, technology, service delivery, governance, and reporting.
- Solid experience with FP&A processes such as Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and forecasting, with the capability to manage organisational change within finance.
- A professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data for strategic decision-making.
- Experience within large, complex organisations with similar operational scale and scope.
- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, with a focus on driving efficiency and process enhancement.
