Description
- Managing corporate tax matters with HMRC and other tax authorities and delivering complex tax advice on a wide range of highly technical UK and international corporate tax
- Strategic input into tax risk management with a particular focus on corporate tax
- M&A and restructuring work, ad hoc projects such as technology, tax operations, governance and/or reporting area
Profile
- Substantial experience delivering complex domestic and international tax projects
- Strong business partnering skills
- Experience working in a large multinational or in a senior position in practice
