Interim Finance Manager | Lancashire | £60-75k

A globally recognised business services provider is looking for an experienced Group Finance Manager to join their team. This role will focus on consolidating group accounts, month-end reporting and working across the wider finance teams, such as analysts to complete the monthly board packs. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background in a group reporting role, ideally within the leisure sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review consolidated IFRS financial statements.
  • Support on the preparation of monthly board reports and packs with the wider finance teams
  • Manage reporting processes for financial accounting teams.
  • Implement and review balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Lead external audit processes and financial close activities.
  • Manage and develop the Group Finance team.

Person Specification:

  • Qualified ACA accountant with 2-3 years PQE within a similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
  • Experience in group financial reporting.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to enhance internal controls and implement process improvements.
