My Lancashire based client is seeking a Senior Adviser assistant to join their team at a time of exciting growth. With hybrid working available, this is an opportunity for an experienced Administrator within the world of Financial Advice to take on additional developmental responsibilities in the role of Senior Assistant.

As a Senior, you will take on additional responsibilities, including training new team members and supporting the Operations Manager. You will be accountable for a team of adviser assistants within the wider team.

Once settled into the team we anticipate you will be ready to step into management and training responsibilities of the team. within your first year

Duties include:

  • Communicate regularly with advisers to ensure efficient task completion and provide updates.

  • Respond to client queries (excluding financial advice) in a timely manner.

  • Manage client correspondence, update records, and complete necessary actions.

  • Process Letter of Authority requests, adhering to turnaround times and procedures.

  • Prepare and organise client documentation for meetings and submissions, ensuring all required information is included.

  • Submit new business cases in line with compliance guidelines and record them in relevant databases.

  • Track business pipelines, coordinating with advisers, clients, and providers to ensure timely completion.

  • Maintain and update client files according to company standards.

  • Prepare paperwork for client reviews, including valuations, regulatory documents, and provider forms.

  • Provide general administrative support, including client greeting and handling enquiries.
