This is a fantastic opportunity for a T&C Supervisor to work closely with a team of successful Financial Advisers in the North.
The role involves supervising and coaching Advisers, providing one-to-ones, training, and feedback to enhance their performance.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of FCA rules and hold a Level 4 diploma (DipFA or DipPFS).
The position offers a salary range of £45,000-£47,000 along with an annual bonus and flexible benefits.
Current Financial Advisors with some training exposure are also considered for this role.

The T&C Supervisors role:

Supervising and coaching Advisers through the T&C scheme.
One-to-ones, coaching, training and feedback to enhance performance.
Ensuring compliance with the business and FCA regulations.
Building and developing strong relationships across the whole business.

Requirements for the T&C Supervisor role:

Strong knowledge and understanding of FCA rules and regulations.
Level 4 diploma qualified (DipFA or DipPFS).
Strong financial planning, coaching, and technical knowledge.

Rewards for the T&C Supervisor role:
