They predominately operate within the Education, Health, Industrial and Commercial Sectors with work secured predominately via repeat business and frameworks.

Due to sustained growth, they are looking to recruit an Assistant Estimator to join their team.

Role overview:

  • Log, update, and coordinate tasks related to quotes.
  • Review quoted jobs to determine necessary follow-up actions, such as scheduling subcontractors, liaising with the internal planning team, updating clients, and procuring materials.
  • Manage inbound calls and emails with professionalism, ensuring clear and confident communication with the team.
  • Execute any relevant tasks as assigned for the position.

Requirements:

  • Proficient IT skills, with experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
