We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cleaning Team Leader for our client, a large well established facilities management company. The role is based in Preston PR3. You will be leading the cleaning team within a Mental Health Unit as well as carrying out cleaning duties at a Hospital in Preston. The general cleaning including mopping, sweeping, sanitation and cleaning toilets.It will be your responsibility to ensure the Cleaning Team Members are following company standards and H&S measures as well as ensure cleaning activities are carried out to the highest standards. Ensuring Company equipment is stored, cleaned and maintained to the highest standard. Take responsibility for ensuring a safe system of work & communicating to workers prior to the commence of shifts / activities. You must have experience of supervising a team of cleaners.The Cleaning Team Leader is working Saturday to Wednesday and the rates are £12.61 per hour through the week, £15.85 per hour on a Saturday and £20.87 per hour on a Sunday.You must hold a current DBS certificate, or be willing to have one processed. Position to start asap and is an ongoing role.
