As a Credit Hire Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting our team by managing a varied caseload of credit hire claims, working directly with clients, and liaising with insurers and third-party providers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management of a caseload of credit hire claims, including assessing and reviewing evidence, preparing documents, and conducting legal research.

Requirements:

  • Ideally 1 years experience, working as a paralegal, ideally with a focus on credit hire, personal injury, or litigation.
  • Strong understanding of the credit hire process and relevant legal principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with clients and third parties.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
