Are you an experienced email deliverability and marketing professional with a solid technical understanding of IPs, domains, and email infrastructure?

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven expert to join our team. In this role, you will manage high-volume email campaigns, ensuring optimal deliverability to key prospects across the UK, US, and Germany. Your deep understanding of email strategy, data hygiene, and domain/IP reputation will be crucial to the success of our outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Deliverability Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to ensure our B2B emails consistently land in the primary inbox, avoiding spam filters and maximizing deliverability rates.
  • Technical Set-up: Manage the setup of IPs, domains, and email infrastructure. Ensure that all technical aspects of sending emails (including domain and IP reputation) are optimized for high-volume campaigns.
  • Campaign Execution: Put together and execute B2B email marketing campaigns targeted at large volumes of prospects across the UK, US, and Germany.
  • Data Management: Oversee large datasets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and hygiene. Maintain clean, up-to-date prospect lists and segment data for optimal campaign results.
  • Strategic Planning: Work closely with consultants to identify target audiences, define campaign objectives, and map out strategic marketing plans tailored to each region.
  • Deliverability Optimization: Monitor and adjust campaigns to enhance inbox placement, address issues with spam filters, and resolve deliverability challenges promptly.
  • Domain and IP Reputation Management: Take proactive steps to maintain a strong sending reputation, monitoring blacklistings, feedback loops, and reputation scoring to ensure optimal deliverability.
  • CRM Management: Oversee our bespoke recruitment CRM, ensuring it supports our email marketing needs and integrates effectively with our outreach campaigns.
  • Website & SEO Analysis: Track website traffic, backlinks, and overall SEO performance to ensure campaign efforts are aligned with broader digital marketing strategies.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, deliverability rates, and other KPIs. Use data insights to continuously improve campaign performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience in B2B email marketing, deliverability strategy, and technical setup (IPs, domains, DNS records, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability issues, including spam filters, domain/IP reputation, sending volumes, inbox placement, and data hygiene.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume email campaigns across multiple regions (UK, US, and Germany) while maintaining effective deliverability.
  • Hands-on experience with email platforms, CRM tools, and email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, etc.).
  • Experience working with large datasets, data segmentation, and maintaining a clean list for maximum deliverability.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on key metrics and performance.
  • Expertise in SEO and understanding how domain reputation and website traffic impact deliverability and online presence.
  • Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with consultants and other team members to align on campaign goals and target prospects.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with popular email marketing tools (e.g., Instantly, Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid).
  • Experience with CRM systems, particularly bespoke or customized tools.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data protection regulations impacting email marketing.
  • Basic experience in copywriting for B2B email campaigns.
