Remuneration: £35,000 - 45,000 + bonus

The role of the Estimator Roofing Systems will involve:
Estimator position dealing with various industrial and commercial roofing projects including both pitched and flat
Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements
Attend sites to undertake surveys
Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required
Producing formal quotations to clients
Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met
Working on projects ranging in value from £1k up to £2m
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Roofing Systems with:
Must have experience within the roofing installation industry
Proven track record in conducting surveys and estimates
Must be able to demonstrate sound roofing knowledge ideally both flat and pitched roofing
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Full UK driving license
Ability to work autonomously
