Our client - one of the leading Defense an Security companies is currently seeking an HR Associate to join their team at Warton Aerodrome. This is a 12-month contract position requiring the individual to be onsite 3 to 4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting HR functions within the Defence & Security business sector
- Assisting in recruitment processes including coordinating interviews and managing candidate correspondence
- Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
- Handling employee enquiries and providing timely resolutions
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Assisting in the onboarding and induction process for new employees
- Supporting the administration of HR programs and initiatives
- Collaborating with the HR team to promote a positive work environment
Job Requirements:
- Experience in HR practices and processes
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Understanding of BPSS security clearance requirements
