Our client - one of the leading Defense an Security companies is currently seeking an HR Associate to join their team at Warton Aerodrome. This is a 12-month contract position requiring the individual to be onsite 3 to 4 days per week.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting HR functions within the Defence & Security business sector
  • Assisting in recruitment processes including coordinating interviews and managing candidate correspondence
  • Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
  • Handling employee enquiries and providing timely resolutions
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations
  • Assisting in the onboarding and induction process for new employees
  • Supporting the administration of HR programs and initiatives
  • Collaborating with the HR team to promote a positive work environment
